England/Scotland wildlife phototour - June 2022

Updated: Sep 28, 2023

On this page you will find a preview of a few pictures from my three-week photo tour of England and Scotland. The main targets were the puffins and the ospreys in Scotland. Later, on the east coast, the gannets in England and everything else the local residents told us about.

A detailed report will follow in the next few weeks. So keep checking back, it's worth it. 😉

This report is now finished and you can find it here

A very special experience were the puffins. They look like little clowns and sometimes behave like them. It was a great time on Stable Island in the east of the island, and I took the colourful puffins to my heart at the latest after this trip.

More information in the next few days.....

Black-browed Albatross - England/Bempton Cliffs - Report in progress... It was the surprise of the day, because normally you only see this bird for a few days at the end of June or beginning of July on the east coast. We just had the necessary luck. It has a wingspan of 2.5 to 3.5 metres and is very impressive live. The largest flying bird in the world. More information in the next few days.....
